At Superhuman Bikes, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your high-performance gear. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Equipment

  Ensure the bike or gear is in its original, unused condition and pack it securely in the original manufacturer packaging to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix the Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it clearly to the outside of your return shipment.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned items for quality assurance, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
